About these terms

Perez Options is a registered sole proprietorship supplying consumer electronics and related products in Ghana. By using the site or submitting an order, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, Delivery Information and any product-specific conditions displayed before checkout.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract, or place the order through a parent or guardian. These terms do not remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under Ghanaian law.

1. Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for activity properly authorised through your account. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect customers, investigate misuse or comply with law.

• Provide accurate information and keep your password and verification codes confidential.
• Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.
• Do not misuse the site, interfere with its security, impersonate another person, submit fraudulent orders or use automated tools to scrape or disrupt the service.

2. New and UK-used products and availability

We aim to describe product specifications, condition, price and availability accurately. Screen colours and manufacturer images may differ slightly from the supplied item. Accessories are included only when they are stated and available.

UK-used products are pre-owned. They may show normal signs of prior use while remaining in the condition described on the product page. Known material condition notes are disclosed where applicable. Battery health is an estimate recorded during inspection and may change through ordinary use.

Stock is not guaranteed until reserved or confirmed by our system. If an item becomes unavailable, or we discover a material pricing or description error, we may reject or cancel the affected order and promptly arrange a documented, receipt-backed refund of any payment already received for that item.

3. Orders, prices and promotions

Prices are shown only in Ghana cedis (GHS). Delivery charges and applicable discounts are displayed before you submit the order. Promotional codes are subject to their stated dates, eligibility, stock and usage limits and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Submitting checkout is an offer to buy. An automated acknowledgement only confirms receipt. A binding sale is formed when we confirm an online payment and accept the order, or when we expressly confirm a Cash on Delivery order. We may contact you to verify an order before acceptance.

4. Payment

Online card and Mobile Money payments are processed securely by Paystack under Paystack's applicable terms and conditions. Cash on Delivery is available only for eligible delivery zones shown at checkout. Do not send money to an unofficial account or person claiming to represent Perez Options.

An online order will not progress to fulfilment until payment is confirmed as received. If a late payment arrives after the stock reservation has expired, we may be unable to supply the item. After verification, we will arrange the appropriate refund. Processing may take several business days depending on the payment provider or financial institution.

5. Delivery, cancellation and order issues

Delivery fees, estimates, recipient obligations, failed attempts and delivery-code rules are set out in our Delivery Information and form part of these terms. Estimates are not guaranteed appointment times.

Customers should request an order cancellation or change as soon as possible where necessary, to help avoid an abortive delivery or unnecessary processing. We cannot guarantee a change after dispatch, custom preparation or collection by a courier. Any approved refund will be made using an appropriate method after the cancellation and payment have been verified.

Customers should inspect the package when received where reasonably possible. If an item is wrong, incomplete, damaged, materially misdescribed or appears defective, stop using it where continued use may cause damage and contact us promptly with the order number and supporting details. The website's automated return-request workflow is not active; support will assess the matter under the published Returns Information, any stated warranty and applicable Ghanaian law.

6. Intellectual property, disputes and changes

The Perez Options name, site design, text, graphics and original media may not be copied or commercially reused without permission. Manufacturer names and marks belong to their respective owners.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana. Please first contact [email protected] so we can try to resolve a complaint fairly. If it remains unresolved, either party may use a competent Ghanaian court or another dispute-resolution process agreed by both parties. We may cancel an order where fraudulent activity is reasonably suspected or detected.

We may update these terms prospectively. The version in force when we accept your order will govern that purchase, except where a change is required by law.
